Blue Angels Cleaning Services (BACS)

1. Acceptance of Services

By booking, scheduling, or using services provided by Blue Angels Cleaning Services (“BACS”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all residential, commercial, recurring, and Airbnb cleaning services.

2. Scope of Services

BACS provides professional cleaning services including:

  • Regular Cleaning
  • Deep Cleaning
  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
  • Airbnb / Turnover Cleaning
  • Recurring Cleaning Services

Service details are based on:

  • The condition of the property
  • The type of service booked
  • Client instructions and notes

Additional services outside the original scope may result in price adjustments.

3. Pricing & Condition-Based Cleaning

All estimates are based on average home condition. Final price may vary if:

  • Property is in heavier-than-expected condition
  • Extra time is required
  • Additional areas or tasks are requested

BACS reserves the right to adjust pricing accordingly with client notification when possible.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept card, ACH, Zelle, and approved payment methods.
  • Card processing fees may apply.
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

For recurring clients, invoices may be issued weekly or monthly depending on the service agreement.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide proper notice may result in:

  • Cancellation fee
  • Lockout fee (if team cannot access property)
  • Full or partial service charge (same-day cancellations)

6. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property, including:

  • Gate codes
  • Door codes
  • Keys or entry instructions
  • Alarm instructions

If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.

7. Pets & Safety

For safety reasons:

  • Pets must be secured if they may interfere with cleaning
  • Clients must inform us of any aggressive pets
  • BACS is not responsible for pets escaping if doors/gates are improperly secured by the client

Our teams always take precautions, but safety is a shared responsibility.

8. Client Supplies vs Company Supplies

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • BACS brings professional cleaning supplies and equipment
  • If client requests use of their own products, we are not responsible for product performance or results
  • Some specialty surfaces require client-approved products

9. Laundry & Household Tasks

Laundry, bed linens, and organizing services will only be performed if:

  • Included in the service request
  • Time allows within the scheduled service window

BACS is not responsible for damage caused by faulty appliances or machines provided by the client.

10. Damage & Breakage Policy

Our team treats every home with care and professionalism. In the rare event of damage:

  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours
  • Photo evidence may be required
  • Pre-existing damage must be disclosed before service

BACS is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improperly installed items
  • Fragile or unstable decorations/items

11. Satisfaction Guarantee & Complaints

Client satisfaction is very important to us.

If you are not satisfied:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of service
  • We may offer a touch-up cleaning if the issue falls within the original scope
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case by case.

12. Airbnb & Turnover Services (Special Clause)

For Airbnb/short-term rental cleanings:

  • Photos before/after may be taken for quality control
  • Inventory restocking must be requested by client
  • We will report missing, damaged, or stained items when noticed

BACS is not responsible for guest damage discovered after service completion.

13. Health, Biohazard & Unsafe Conditions

BACS reserves the right to refuse or stop service if the environment is:

  • Unsafe
  • Hazardous
  • Infested (heavy pests)
  • Biohazard conditions (bodily fluids, mold, etc.)

Additional specialized cleaning may be required.

14. Time-Based Services & Minimum Hours

Some services require minimum time blocks based on:

  • Property size
  • Condition
  • Client requests
  • Detailed cleaning instructions

Rushed cleaning requests may affect final results.

15. Photos & Documentation

For quality control, training, and protection purposes:

  • Before & after photos may be taken
  • Photos are used internally only unless client grants permission

This helps protect both the client and BACS from disputes.

16. Liability Limitations

Blue Angels Cleaning Services is fully committed to professional service; however, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damages
  • Improper surfaces or materials
  • Client-provided products
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or access issues

17. Privacy Policy

Client information, addresses, gate codes, and personal data are kept confidential and used only for service operations, scheduling, and communication.

We do not sell or share client data.

18. Agreement

By booking or using Blue Angels Cleaning Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
